PKM: Award Winning Experience
Throughout his more than 25 year career, Phillip Klum has played a major role in the creation of Grammy winning and Grammy nominated records, from “O Brother, Where Art Thou” and “Dave Van Ronk” to “Dan Zanes” and “The Full Monty.”
A published singer/songwriter himself, with a wide and varied musical family background, Phillip brings a broad musical perspective as well as over 25 years of audio restoration work to the mastering session. His massive body of restoration work [many 100’s of projects for CD, television and film] includes highly regarded projects for PBS, The Alan Lomax Collection and many films, including The History of the Blues, The Aviator (Martin Scorsese), O Brother and the critically acclaimed, Jonestown. With recent finished works by Goldenchild (http://goldenchildband.tumblr.com/), Peter Link, Peter Wise, Link Larsen, Johnny Rodgers, some single tracks from Julie Gold, Noel Paul Stookey, and others, the body of work continues to grow. We've also been doing tons of Indie singles and projects for up and coming artists from the US and UK. Just finishing up a live "Red Rocks" record for The Devil Makes 3---SOUNDS GREAT!
Phillip resides with his family in New York City.
